You’ve probably been meaning to do this for a while. Not because you don’t care about your own body, but because everyone else kept needing you first.

So we keep this simple. Call, email, or send the form below. Whichever one you’ll actually do today.

The phone is answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We’re closed weekends. Leave a message after hours and we’ll call you back during business hours.

What happens when you call.

No phone tree. No “someone will reach out.” You tell us what hurts and how long it’s been going on.

We check your insurance for you and tell you what a visit will cost before you commit to one.

Then we get you in for a cause-first evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. Thirty to sixty minutes. You walk out knowing what’s wrong, how long it takes, and what happens next.

You do not need a doctor’s prescription to start. California’s Direct Access law lets a licensed physical therapist evaluate and treat you for up to 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first, before a physician sign-off is needed. More on that in our FAQ.

Have this handy when you call.

• Your insurance card, or a photo of the front and back.
• What hurts, and roughly when it started.
• Any surgery report or imaging, if you’ve had either.
• The name of the doctor who sent you, if a doctor sent you.

None of it is required to make the call. It just saves you a second phone call later.
