Physical Therapy in Lakewood.

Getting off the floor. Carrying the groceries. Sleeping through the night. We find what’s actually causing it, then hand you a plan with an endpoint.

Cause-first evaluation One-on-one, every visit Talk to a Specialist

What It Is

Find the cause. Fix the movement.

Physical therapy is not just turning the pain down. It’s getting your body moving well again, so the pain has less reason to come back.

It starts with a cause-first evaluation. Your history. A movement analysis of posture, balance and gait. Strength and flexibility testing. We’re looking for what’s driving it, not just the spot that hurts.

The honest part: this takes weeks, not one appointment, and you do a share of the work. What we owe you is a licensed physical therapist one-on-one, every visit. Hands-on treatment and exercise that changes as you heal. A plan with an endpoint. Not a printout and a heat pack.

What It Helps

Where physical therapy does the heavy lifting.

Most people who walk in here point at one of these. Left alone, pain like this rarely holds still. It just quietly shortens the list of things you still do.

What A Session Looks Like

Thirty to sixty minutes, start to finish.

1

We listen first, then test how you move.

2

Hands-on treatment and exercise, same visit.

3

You leave with the plan and the timeline.

Why It Works

You fix things for everyone else. Your turn.

Stairs stop being a decision.

You stop planning the day around it.

You get the same therapist, every visit.

You know when you’re done, because the plan ends.

Questions, Answered

Everything you’re wondering before you book.

Not the way you’re picturing it. You should feel worked, not wrecked. Some movements are tender early on, because irritated tissue is sensitive, and that settles as it gets stronger. You’re with the same licensed physical therapist for the whole visit, so you can say stop at any point and we adjust it on the spot.

You’ll have your number after the evaluation, not before it. The general guideline is 2–3 visits a week for 4–6 weeks, and it is a guideline, never a guarantee. Sessions run 30–60 minutes. What you get on day one is a plan with an endpoint, so you always know where you are in it and what has to happen before you’re finished.

In California you can start without one. Direct Access lets you be seen for up to 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first, before a physician has to sign off. On coverage, we are a Medicare specialist, we accept 14 plans plus all PPOs, and we check your exact benefits before your first visit so the cost is not a surprise. Call us at (562) 512-3320 and we’ll look yours up with you.
